Terms of Service

1. What Celebrateful Is

Celebrateful is a free web service that lets you create and share digital celebrations — cheer cards, surprise treats, and goofy notes — with anyone via a shareable link and passcode. No account or login is required.

2. Who Can Use It

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Celebrateful.
• If you are under 18, you should use the service with parental guidance.
• By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. How It Works

• You create a celebration by picking a cheer card, adding a surprise treat, and/or writing a note.
• You get a unique shareable link and a passcode.
• You share the link and passcode with the recipient however you like (WhatsApp, email, text, etc.).
• The recipient enters the passcode to open and view the celebration.
• Share links expire after 30 days.

4. Your Content

• You are responsible for the content you create and share through Celebrateful.
• By creating a celebration, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver your content to the intended recipient.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

Celebrateful is for positive, fun celebrations. You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or harassing.
• Send content that is hateful, threatening, or obscene.
• Attempt to access other people's celebrations without authorization.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Use the service for spam or commercial solicitation.

We reserve the right to remove content or block access that violates these rules.

6. Gift Cards (BYO)

Celebrateful allows you to attach your own gift card details (code, PIN, or link) to a celebration. We are not a gift card seller or issuer.

• Gift card details are encrypted and can only be decrypted by the recipient with the correct passcode.
• We are not responsible for the validity, balance, or redemption of any gift cards you share.
• You are responsible for ensuring the gift card details you enter are correct.

7. Our Content

All branding, logos, designs, illustrations, and software are the property of Celebrateful. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. No Warranty

Celebrateful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebrateful is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes loss of data, gift card values, or any content shared through the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the service. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
